B&M Machine is a precision machine shop specializing in production CNC milling and turning. Our goal is to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations the first time and every time. As a result, the vast majority of our relationships with our customers span over years or even decades.
We have worked with a variety of plastics, nickel bearing alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous metals across a wide range of applications including industries such as aerospace, chemical, medical, water processing, lighting, and custom architectural hardware.
We operate out of a 10,000 sq. ft. air conditioned facility in Belleville, NJ. Our maximum work envelope for milling is 50” x 20” x 25” with 5 axis capabilities. For turning we can handle up to 8” diameter work with a 19” envelope.
We accept blanket orders and can provide scheduled work releases. Our typical lead time is 3-5 weeks.
If your work requires secondary operations such as plating, polishing, or grinding we can gladly accommodate those needs as well.
