B&M Machine is a precision machine shop specializing in production CNC milling and turning.
After more than 75 years of manufacturing experience, B&M knows what it takes to deliver high quality work and top notch service for customers across a variety of fields. We’ve met the needs of customers in industries such as aerospace, chemical, medical, water processing, lighting, and custom architectural hardware. In addition, B&M manufactures the entire Brusso Hardware line of woodworking hardware for boxes, furniture, cabinets and more.
Our goal is to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations the first time and every time. As a result, the vast majority of our relationships with our customers span over years or even decades. As a vendor B&M can act as a job shop – where the customer sends jobs as needed. Or we can act as a regular contract manufacturer, where B&M “owns” long term jobs that are ordered on blanket releases using annual quantities. In both cases, B&M is typically called on to handle critical projects with precision features and tight delivery schedules.
We operate out of a 10,000 sq ft. air conditioned facility in Belleville, NJ. Our maximum work envelope for milling is 50” x 20” x 25” with 5 axis capabilities. For turning we can handle up to 8” diameter work with a 19” envelope. We have worked with a variety of plastics, nickel bearing alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
