CNC Milling
Our milling department runs Haas machining centers — including a UMC 750SS for simultaneous 5-axis work and a VF-4 with A/B axis — backed by a Brother RX650 for high-speed small parts and a Bridgeport with indexing head for one-offs. Maximum envelope is 50″ × 20″ × 25″.
We mill brass, aluminum, and stainless to tight tolerances, holding both dimensional accuracy and surface finish on the same part. Prototype through production runs.

CNC Turning
Our turning cells are built on Mazak — QT 250 EZ MSY, QT 10, QT 18 N, and QT 6T — with automatic cut-off and bar feeding up to ø2.75″ for unattended production runs. We turn up to 8″ diameter within a 19″ envelope, plus engine lathes for short-run and rework.
Live tooling and multi-axis turning let us finish complex turned parts in a single setup, which protects both your tolerances and your lead time.

Finishing
Precision finishing at volume
A precise part with a poor finish is still a reject. We deburr, vibratory-finish, and polish in-house, so surface quality is controlled on the same floor that machined the part — not handed off and hoped for.
This matters most where the part is seen or sealed: custom hardware that has to look right, and precision components where finish affects fit and function. We finish to your callout and inspect before it leaves.

Fit for Use
Quality at B&M is a process, not a slogan. Parts are verified in a dedicated inspection room with CMM, we provide first-article inspection (FAI) reports on request, and every job runs through ERP-tracked routing for full traceability from quote to ship.
We've run enterprise scheduling and job-tracking software since the early 1980s. A repeat order in today runs the same controlled process it did the first time — same routing, same checkpoints, same accountability.

Automation
A Universal Robots UR-10e collaborative robot tends our machines for unattended and after-hours running. For repeat production, that means consistent parts and a cost structure that competes — without sending your work offshore.
The cobot handles load/unload on repeat setups. Your parts run while the lights are off, at the same tolerances and the same finish spec as the first piece.
