Materials

We don't machine everything — we machine a focused set of materials well. Running the same alloys and plastics daily means dialed-in speeds, feeds, tooling, and finishing for each one. The result is consistent dimensions, predictable lead times, and finishes that don't require a second pass.

Brass

Brass is in our DNA — it's what built our custom hardware reputation. We machine and finish brass components where appearance counts as much as the dimension: hardware, fittings, and decorative-yet-functional parts that have to look as good as they measure.

Clean chips, tight tolerances, and in-house finishing mean a brass part from B&M is ready for your assembly or showcase — not your deburring bench.

Common grades C360 (free-machining) · C260 (cartridge brass) · others on request
Typical applications Custom hardware · architectural fittings · precision components · decorative parts
Finishing Deburring · vibratory finishing · polishing — all in-house

Aluminum

Lightweight, strong, and fast to cut — aluminum and titanium are the workhorses for prototype and production parts alike. We mill and turn aluminum to tight tolerances with clean, anodize-ready finishes. Whether it's an aerospace prototype or a production run of precision components, the result is accurate dimensions and a finish worth handing to the next operation.

Common grades 6061 · 7075 · others on request
Typical applications Aerospace components · structural parts · prototype and production runs
Finishing Machined surface + anodize-ready · anodizing available through outside partners

Stainless Steel

When the part has to resist corrosion or hold up in a demanding environment, stainless is the answer. We machine stainless to tight tolerances and the surface finish your application requires — whether that's a machined surface for function or a polished finish for appearance.

Stainless takes more care to machine well. We have the tooling and the process to do it right, not just fast.

Typical applications Industrial components · pharmaceutical equipment · chemical processing · precision hardware · packaging equipment
Finishing In-house deburring and polishing · passivation through outside partners

Plastic

We machine plastic components where tight tolerances and clean finishes matter — prototype parts, functional components, and short-run production. The same controlled process we apply to metal applies here: correct speeds and feeds for the material, in-process inspection, and finished to your callout.

Common materials Delrin (acetal) · UHMW · Nylon · Polycarbonate
Typical applications Wear components · fixtures · insulators · prototype parts · chemical processing
Volume Prototype through short-run production
