RETURN POLICY

Do not return any products without an CRN# that can be obtained by emailing info @ bmmachine.com.
Any standard item we sell that has not been opened and is still in salable condition can be returned for a credit less a 20% restocking fee if it is received at the B&M factory within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once the package has been opened we will not accept a return.

DEFECTS
A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 90 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to

for inspection. If B&M deems the product to be defective by fault of B&M, at our option the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.
