Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Prices shown on this site do not include shipping. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges. Our shipments are made using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges will be added to your invoice at checkout. If you would like us to use a different carrier, please call our sales department to make arrangements. All shipments within the US are FOB Delivered.  All shipments outside the US are FOB our shipping point.

DELIVERY
Most items ship from stock in 2-3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 2-3 business days we will advise you via telephone or email and offer you the option to split your shipment or cancel your order. Once a product is received by the client BMMachine.com relieves itself of all responsibility regarding the product and responsibility is thereby assumed by the customer. We will provide tracking numbers upon request. If a package does not arrive due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred. All additional shipping fees that may be incurred due to change of address, interception of delivery, or any other action that may necessitate additional shipping costs will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer. Therefore we stress the importance of entering the correct shipping information when you place your order. Additional fees charged by the carriers themselves for undeliverable or unclaimed parcels shall be paid by the customer. In the event of a claim made with the carrier you must save all of the packaging materials and shipping documents.
